A process that works in laboratory glassware rarely behaves the same way at scale. Moving from bench-scale experiments to commercial excecution introduces physical and financial challenges that should be addressed early on.

We bridge the gap between initial process discovery and commercial operation.

Early-stage development does not consider operational realities like raw feedstock sources and impurities, material transport, compliance, and waste stream handling. To address this, we combine benchtop testing with representative commercial hardware to pilot actual equipment and materials used in full-scale production.

Beyond pilot hardware, we design commercial assets. We evaluate the factors that impact production throughput including facility location, feedstock availability, utility demands, permitting, and consultant coordination. We develop CapEx and OpEx estimates based on real operating criteria to establish project costs and timelines before capital is committed.

As licensed professional engineers, our focus is optimizing and de-risking process execution.

If an operating plant or proposed design encounters a bottleneck, yield loss, or equipment flaw, we isolate the issue, validate the solution and support on-site deployment.

From data collection and analysis to custom modular skids and full plant design, we support process execution at every stage.
